1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the FoxioAI PDF Scanner app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Subscriptions
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charged: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellation: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Shandong Junyou Information Technology Co., Ltd.
